Cost a trip
Estimate fuel and driver time across both legs of a trip. See which inputs the estimate uses and change uncertain assumptions.

For the industry, by the industry.
Understand the trip cost before you commit. Coordinate shared and return loads with carriers you choose.
Compare an empty return with a return-load detour. This sample includes fuel and driver time.
Fictional inputs. Fuel and driver time only.
No freight rates, customer price or revenue included.
The truck returns empty. The estimate includes both legs of the journey.
880 km each way, 32 L/100 km, fuel at $2.00/L and 22 driver hours at $45/hour. The return-load example adds 80 km and 2 hours at the same fuel use.
Only fuel and driver time are included. No tolls, waiting, maintenance, ownership costs or revenue. A return load may bring revenue, but it does not remove travel costs. Route distances are illustrative.
Freight4Now is in development for small Australian carriers. These are the decisions we're building it to support.
Estimate fuel and driver time across both legs of a trip. See which inputs the estimate uses and change uncertain assumptions.
Check capacity, pickup and delivery windows, vehicle requirements and extra travel before you take on another load.
Share loads with selected partners. Both carriers approve an arrangement before it is confirmed.
You choose the work, the partners and the information you share. Freight4Now is designed to support those decisions.
Freight4Now is being developed for Australian carriers moving customers' freight, with an initial focus on small transport businesses where the owner makes pricing and capacity decisions.
The trip-cost example combines distance, fuel use, fuel price and driver hours for the outbound and return journeys. It uses fictional inputs and includes fuel and driver time only. It is an estimated operating cost, not a customer quote.
A return load can bring revenue, but collecting and delivering it may add travel and driver time. Our example shows those extra costs separately. Suitability depends on capacity, timing, vehicle requirements and the extra journey.
No. Freight4Now's direction is trusted carrier coordination. Carriers choose their partners and sharing audience, and both parties approve an arrangement.
The product is in development, and the first-release scope is still being defined. This page offers a browser-local trip example. Live bookings, tracking and carrier workflows are not available here yet.
